Byron C. Winborne
Byron C. Winborne grew up in Waxahachie, Texas before attending Texas A&M University at Galveston, where he received his B.A. in Maritime Studies. Mr. Winborne then studied at the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law, where he was on the Dean's list and graduated cum laude. Mr. Winborne builds on his experience of growing up with a number of lawyers in his family – including his father, who was a lawyer in the Ellis County area for over 20 years.

Mr. Winborne is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas. He is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Texas State Bar, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, and the Ellis County Bar Association.
Joseph E. "Jody" LaFleur
Jody was born in Alexandria, Louisiana and attended Holy Savior Menard High School. He was a member of Boy Scout Troop 6, achieving the rank of Eagle Scout and Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow.

After high school, Jody earned his undergraduate degree in sociology from Tulane University in New Orleans. After college, he worked in the hospitality industry, primarily in training and human resources. Because Jody truly believes in the entrepreneurial spirit, he eventually made his way to Dallas and became a business owner. Jody owned and operated a payroll and human resources company for over 10 years before going to law school.

While a business owner, Jody achieved the SPHR credential from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and earned a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University of Texas.

Joseph is licensed to practice law by the Texas Supreme Court. He is a member of the Family Law Section and Employment Law Section of the Texas State Bar and the Dallas Bar Association.
